Free Subscription to Congenital Cardiology Today

There are two editions to the newsletter: North American and International.

North American Edition

The North American Edition is available free to those medical professionals residing in the US and Canada.  It is available in print.

International Edition

The International Edition is available electronically in Adobe PDF format to medical professionals wordwide.  Each month the Table of Contents will be emailed to subscribers with a link to the the current issue.

Both editions of the newsletter will include 3-4 major articles, conference previews and highlights, news, regulatory information worldwide, special links and more…  Although many of the articles between the two different editions will appear in both, there may be specific news or articles that will be focused on regional differences.

How to Subscribe
 
The publication is free to physicians and other medical professionals worldwide working in the fields of pediatric and congenital cardiology.  To subscribe to either edition of the newsletter, simply send an email to: Subs@CCT.bz.
 
You must include your name and title, organization, mailing address,  fax and phone numbers, email, current position and academic titles as well as fellowship status in professional societies.  If your organization has a website, please include that as well.
 
We will confirm your subscription by email.

How to Unsubscribe
 
Simply send an email to: Remove@CCT.bz.  Please include your name and email, and put the word REMOVE in the subject area
